§ 1 Community support

Instead of another tool to learn, Support your team can use.

Agentic Attorney · v1, Oct 2026

Deleted: software without a plan.

Inserted: a workflow, training and a handoff.

Start with a specific task and the people responsible for it. We can discuss a small pilot, training or research support, with clear limits on data access and human review. Any reduced-fee or pro bono arrangement is confirmed in writing before work begins.

For Fee Focus What it looks like
Nonprofits By arrangement Time and tooling Tool evaluation, intake design and practical training. A project starts with the organization’s needs, approved data and staff capacity, then sets a manageable scope.
Legal clinics By arrangement Agentic workflows Pilot research or intake workflows using public or synthetic examples first. The clinic identifies the supervising lawyer, review steps and information that can be used.
Students By arrangement Mentoring and open research Practical learning projects and discussions about evaluating AI output. Related research and tools are available through Agentic Legal Labs.
Open-ended commitments A defined scope — Timing, deliverables, costs and follow-up support are agreed for each project.

§ 3 Project planning

Agree the working arrangements first.

Community projects need the same practical planning as any other implementation: a clear task, an accountable owner, approved information and a way to check the results.

Before work begins Six points to agree

  1. Define the task.Choose a specific workflow and describe what useful progress would look like.
  2. Name an owner.Identify who can make decisions, answer questions and accept the handoff.
  3. Approve the information.Start with public or synthetic examples. Agree access and handling before sharing other material.
  4. Keep human review.Decide who checks outputs and where the workflow must stop for approval.
  5. Confirm the resources.Agree timing, staff involvement, software costs and any fee arrangement.
  6. Plan the handoff.Document operation, limitations, ownership and any ongoing support.

AI consulting does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Legal advice and representation require a separate legal engagement.
